Even though I submitted official transcript for my MBA in-progrees and followed instructions, I get denied. Is there a call center or someone that can look into this on a case by case basis? |

For some reason I can't upload the pdf, I can only take a picture which might explain why it can't find the date information. I will reach out. Thank you for your reply. |

Same - it only accepts web cam photos. Very bizzare. Anyone get this resolved? I have tried 10-12 times....Arghhh |

Hey @geovani-montoya 👋 Ensure your image (photo or upload) is legible. If you are unable to read its text on the image itself then the verification process may not be able to either. If you are taking a photo of a screen try to have it as large a resolution as possible - take a photo of the evidence on a monitor rather than a phone perhaps. |
