Dear GitHub Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue regarding my GitHub Student Developer Pack application. My application was approved on September 10, 2025, and as per the instructions, the academic benefits including the Copilot Pro coupon should have been activated within 72 hours.

However, even after more than 3 days, I have not received access to the benefits. The approval page shows my status as “Approved,” but I am still unable to redeem my Copilot Pro subscription or access other Student Developer Pack offers.

Please look into this matter and help me activate my benefits as soon as possible.

You should have access to your benefits now.

To claim your Copilot PRO offer, click on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
