Copilot Pro still shows Free Trial after GitHub Education for Teachers approval #181970

Hi everyone,Hello, I applied for GitHub Education for Teachers, and while my application was under review, I started using the GitHub Copilot Pro Free Trial. My Education for Teachers application has now been approved, and the GitHub Pro benefits are active. However, GitHub Copilot Pro is still displayed as “Free Trial”, and it has not switched to the Education benefit. I have a few questions: Is this a known or common issue? Is there anything I need to do manually to switch Copilot Pro from the Free Trial to the Education benefit? When the Free Trial ends, will Copilot Pro automatically continue as the free Education version? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. |

Hi @hashimoto-jun. Now you can claim your To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you. In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select " |

Thank you very much for your reply! After waiting overnight, I received an email saying that I am eligible to use GitHub Copilot for free. You are eligible to use GitHub Copilot for free. Everything is working correctly now, and I can use Copilot for free as expected. Thank you again for your help! |
