Rerun claims my attempt failed when, in fact, the thing I reran succeeded

The rerun was triggered for one of three failing jobs, specifically (this one with debugging enabled):

It's true, I still have two other failing jobs in the workflow, but as I didn't try to rerun those, I don't see why it makes sense to scare me by claiming the thing I did try to rerun failed when it in fact succeeded.
