Since you've already tried reinstalling and changing networks, this sounds like a specific conflict with the cached data or a temporary API handshake issue on the mobile endpoint.

Here are a few steps to isolate and potentially fix this:

1. Force a "Hard" Logout
Uninstalling sometimes keeps keychain data.

  1. Log out of the GitHub App explicitly from the settings menu.
  2. Go to iOS Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data (The OAuth token handshake often relies on the system browser).
  3. Restart your iPhone.
  4. Log back into the GitHub App.
