Application denied

Hi everyone,

I tried many times and got this result.
I used my school ID as proof, but it was still denied.
I don’t know why, especially because no reason is given for the denial.
My school is listed, so it can’t be because of that.

Usually, even if it’s a real student ID, GitHub often rejects it if:

• There’s no clear expiration date
• Your full name doesn’t exactly match your GitHub account name
• The ID doesn’t explicitly say “student”
• The photo is unclear or cropped
• The ID is in a language GitHub reviewers can’t easily verify

One thing that you need to make sure of is that your billing information and GitHub username are the same as the ID. You can also try other methods. For me, it worked by taking a screenshot of the student portal.

hi i think, it is because my acount is to new do you know how old my acount needs to be

I don't think the account being new should matter, but it could be an option. Wait one week or so and check again.

hi it now worked for me after creating my acount i waited about 4 days then did the aplication and now it was acepted
