Hi GitHub Actions team,

I have a workflow in my repository that should run both manually via workflow_dispatch and automatically via a cron schedule.

Details:

• Repository: main branch only
• Workflow file is in the default branch
• Cron schedule in YAML: "0,15,30,45 4-20 * * *" (every 15 minutes between 04:00 and 20:45 UTC)
• Manual workflow_dispatch runs work correctly
• Cron jobs have not triggered for several days
• Repository Actions settings: "Allow all actions and reusable workflows"
• Workflow uses concurrency: group: asw-pages, cancel-in-progress: true
• Go setup uses custom caching, tar failed issue has been resolved

I’ve checked everything: default branch, workflow syntax, settings. Manual runs succeed, but cron-triggered runs never start.

Has anyone experienced this issue? Are there known problems with GitHub cron triggers for Free/Pro repos? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Oh well, there might be an known issue with the runners.
