There isn’t really a way to speed up the support process for billing issues unless you are on an Enterprise plan, which has a guaranteed SLA. For GitHub Pro and Pro+ subscriptions, requests are handled in the normal queue and response times can vary.

The best you can do is make sure your case is as clear as possible: describe the exact problem, include the date you tried to update your billing information, and explain that you are no longer in a sanctioned country. That way, when support reviews your case, they have all the context they need to act quickly.

Outside of that, unfortunately, there is no manual override or faster channel available for Pro users right now.
