Why does my webhook feel ignored? 😭 #187221

Select Topic AreaQuestion BodyHi everyone, So I made a webhook. It exists. It looks fine. It has a URL. It has events selected. It even says “active”. But… nothing happens. I push code. Nothing. Is there a secret ritual I need to perform? Also, what exactly is a payload and why does it sound important but never show up when I need it? Thanks in advance for any wisdom 🙏 |

Ah yes, classic webhook behavior. Have you tried turning your webhook off and on again? Sometimes they just need a small nap. Also make sure:
If it still doesn’t work, try pushing code harder. Sometimes they respond to confidence. Worst case, whisper “deliver payload” three times while refreshing the page. That usually doesn’t fix it, but it feels productive. |

This usually indicates a connectivity or configuration error.
