Premium Model Support Renewal Issue #187522

This looks like a subscription or billing sync issue rather than a Copilot feature problem. The renewal may be delayed due to payment processing, a failed transaction, or a temporary account sync issue. Please check your billing status in GitHub settings and confirm whether the payment was completed successfully. If everything looks correct and access is still not restored, it’s best to contact GitHub Support so they can verify your account and resolve the issue. |

Your premium subscription may not have fully renewed yet. Possible reasons: The renewal payment has not been processed successfully. There is a billing issue (expired card, failed charge, etc.). There is a short delay between renewal date and feature reactivation. The subscription renewal did not complete automatically. Please check your billing status and payment method first. If everything looks correct and access is still not restored, contact support with your account details so they can verify the renewal and manually restore premium access if needed. |

Hi, This appears to be a billing or subscription synchronization issue rather than a Copilot feature problem. Even if your plan was scheduled to renew on February 19, premium access may not be restored if:
Please check Settings → Billing & Plans and confirm:
If everything looks correct and premium access is still unavailable, the best next step is to contact GitHub Support directly. They can review your account, confirm the renewal status, and manually restore access if needed. Support is the only team that can check account-specific subscription details. Hope this gets resolved quickly. |

than a Copilot feature problem.
Even if your plan was scheduled to renew on February 19, premium access
may not be restored if:
- The renewal payment has not yet been processed
- The transaction failed (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.)
- There is a temporary billing sync delay
- The automatic renewal did not complete successfully
Please check *Settings → Billing & Plans* and confirm:
- The subscription status shows as Active
- The latest invoice was successfully paid
- Your payment method is valid and up to date
If everything looks correct and premium access is still unavailable, the
best next step is to contact *GitHub Support* directly. They can review
your account, confirm the renewal status, and manually restore access if
needed.
Support is the only team that can check account-specific subscription
details.
Hope this gets resolved quickly.

I would like to report an issue regarding my premium model support subscription. The previous support period ended on February 15, and according to my subscription plan, it should have renewed automatically on February 19. However, the premium model access has not been restored until now.
Could you please check my account and confirm the renewal status? I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
