I use the $10 package, but for some reason $31 is being deducted from me every month. I have already written several times but you don't return an answer. Can you explain to me why $31.51 is being deducted instead of $10? It was just deducted again

To resolve:

1. Go to Settings → Billing & plans → Payment information / Billing history and check the line item that charged $31.51.
2. Verify which subscription(s) are active under Subscriptions (cancel duplicates if any).
3. If it still doesn’t match, contact GitHub Support → Billing with the charge date + amount + last 4 digits of the card:
   https://support.github.com/contact

Only Support can explain/adjust a specific charge.

same thing happened ot me, they took an additonal 75 dollars from me today... and they will not respond...

Because I don't want to be unnecessarily charged for something that costs $10 and now costs $31, I'm canceling my subscription and asking you to refund me the $21.
