Console Error: Refused to get unsafe header "X-Digest-Sha256" when editing README.md

Hi everyone,

I encountered a console error while editing a README.md file in my repository.

When I open the browser DevTools console, I see the following errors:

Refused to get unsafe header "X-Digest-Sha256"
Refused to get unsafe header "X-Digest-Sha256-Hmac"

These errors appear in:
attachment-upload.ts:96
attachment-upload.ts:97

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the repository on GitHub
2. Edit the README.md file
3. Open the browser console (DevTools)
4. The errors appear when interacting with the editor or attachment upload system

Environment:

• Browser: Google Chrome
• OS: Windows 10
• GitHub Web Editor

Question:
Is this a known issue with GitHub's attachment upload system or something related to browser security headers?

This isn't a direct fix, but a workaround: paste your image into a comment on this issue, then copy the generated image tag and paste it into your markdown file.
