I don’t think this is a bug. This usually happens because of how usage limits are calculated.

Sometimes the reset date isn’t fixed. It can change depending on when your usage was recorded or updated. So even if it first showed March 17, the system might have recalculated it and pushed it to April 17.

It can also happen if:

  • there was a delay in syncing usage data
  • or the limit is based on a rolling period instead of a fixed date

You can try refreshing, logging out/in, or checking your plan settings. If it keeps changing again, then it might be worth reporting to support.

But in most cases, this is normal behavior, not a bug.
