I am initiating this discussion to highlight a critical failure in the automated flagging system and the lack of human oversight regarding a Red Hat Partner account: "offsoc".

The Situation:
The account "offsoc" was flagged by an automated bot while performing compliant upstream synchronization using Red Hat’s official workflows.

The Deadlock:

Red Hat Case 04400490: After 8 days of mediation, Red Hat officially stated today (March 23) that they reached a deadlock and "cannot direct GitHub in this situation."

DPC Complaint DPC0326966347: A formal complaint has been filed with the Ireland Data Protection Commission regarding a breach of GDPR Article 20 (Data Portability).

The Critical Deadline: APRIL 2, 2026
In exactly 9 days, due to domain/email expiration, all engineering assets and professional IP associated with this account will be permanently and irreversibly destroyed. The account still exists, meaning the data is salvageable, but human intervention is being blocked by automated support loops.

The Ask:
We are not asking for a bot reply. We are demanding a human review from the Trust & Safety or DPO teams to fulfill the Article 20 request for a manual data export before the April 2nd cutoff.

Does GitHub have a protocol to prevent the permanent destruction of professional IP when its own automation fails?

Why this is not a standard "account issue":

Mediation Failure: Red Hat (Strategic Partner) has officially reached a deadlock with your automated support (Ref: Red Hat Case 04400490) as of March 23.

Irreparable Loss: This is a race against a 9-day deadline (April 2nd) before professional IP is permanently destroyed due to domain expiration.

Standard tickets have failed to produce a human response for 8 days. We are requesting a Community Manager to facilitate a Manual Review or a Data Export as required by law.

Is there a human representative available to ensure GitHub’s compliance before the assets are lost forever?
