Hi everyone,

I'm trying to sign up for the student developer package, however any time I'm trying to upload the documents, either my camera makes them go blurry, or when it doesn't, it still says that it cant read my last name and sometimes my first name on the enrolment letter. It also for some reason can't find a date on it.
I am also home for easter, so I'm not at university. I can't VPN into my uni, so I have to prove why im not there, my student calendar apparently isn't clear enough
I've applied about 10 times now and nothing is still working. This is really frustrating as its only AI that reviews it and i can't request a physical person to review it. Does anyone have any advice on how to help?

Hi, I'm having the same problem.
I'm a student at two institutions, one online and one local (a university), but I'm studying remotely because of the distance I live from the campus.
I've uploaded my documents repeatedly, but the application always fails and rejects my application.
When using the camera, the photos always look bad. I've tried using a laptop with Linux/Windows, a Mac, an Android tablet, and a high-end phone. The photos always look bad.
Finally, I created a virtual camera with OBS Studio, and it also fails, producing perfectly clear images. So I think the OCR software isn't working correctly.
