I received an email alleging my abuse of Copilot. However, I have only consumed 58% of my quota to date, with all usage occurring exclusively in my personal VS Code, and solely for Markdown documents related to the refactoring and analysis of my own code.
I have no knowledge of any breach of the User Agreement on my part.

Could you please clarify whether this restriction stems from a system bug, or if I have violated the User Agreement in any way? I would also like to enquire if this restriction can be lifted.
