I contacted the GitHub support staff, and they helped me find the solution.

According to the GitHub support, force pushes can occasionally cause issues with the contributions graph, which is why the contributions continued to appear even after the commits were deleted. Therefore, if anyone runs into this kind of issue, please contact GitHub support; they will assist you in removing the contributions that are visible in the activity and calendar even after deleting the commits.
