Renaming a repository - wrong autolinks

We are interested in renaming a repository to be able to reuse that namespace for a different project. According to this page it should be possible, with the autolinks being redirected automatically. However, after doing some tests it seems like some pull request and issue links are not updated to point towards the new repository name.

The following steps were performed:

• Created a repository test_to_be_renamed.
• Added several commits, created issues, etc.
• Renamed it to test_renamed. It seems like the issues and the pull requests are there, which is nice. However, some autolinks point towards the old name.
• Created a new repository test_to_be_renamed (same name as the previous one) with some commits and issues as well. Now some autolinks in the test_renamed point wrongly to test_to_be_renamed repository.
