Create Android APK

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We now have an android build, but unlike the ease of the testflight link for iOS, android users must go in and build the app themselves, which is more tedious

Create an APK of the android build and upload it/prepare it for distribution

@josefdc @jage9 @hhizzuk I believe you all are android users, correct? Do any of y'all have an idea of how to go about this/want to take it?

First step would probably be to add local build instructions to the ReadME at least as a temporary solution. I do think it would be good to include an apk at some point, as it would give Android users without build tools an easier way to get started. We would need to determine how often builds are created - on every commit, on a release schedule, etc. and if we could do the build automatically using a Github action. I can investigate as time allows unless others get to it first.

@jage9 that makes a lot of sense! will raise an issue for that as well, since it will likely take less time than making a build
