If it is an offline script written or organized by yourself, I personally recommend that you sort and classify it by file name prefix.

Thanks, I can try it. Because my scripts are all obtained from the Internet. It also includes your script. The only worry is whether to replace the content or re-download a new script if it is updated. : )

Good point. If a user script is updated remotely, and the @name value is different from the filename it would save a new copy with the @name value and remove the previous with filename.

Currently, it is better to have @name and filename in sync, but in your use case, this would make it difficult to order the user scripts as you like.

Yes, that's what my original comment was trying to tell you, I thought tidying them up was an offline requirement, but that's enough using filename constraints. We don't have much control over online scripts, they can change names, authors, and match sites at any time.

In the latter case, organizing them in folders is not the best solution. And it introduces a lot of unnecessary complexity. We need to know the actual requirement to find a better way to solve it. Regarding the complex naming script you mentioned, this is a problem that we are already thinking about how to solve, and it affects many aspects.
