FrankerFaceZ on Twitch not loaded in Userscripts 2.0.0, works in 1.x and InjectJS

An odd example perhaps but it's the only one I can replicate the issue with.

The FrankerFaceZ extension for Twitch.tv doesn't appear to load at all in Userscripts 2.0.0 where it worked fine in the previous version. Installing InjectJS shows it working there as well.

With InjectJS the script's invoke will be reported in the Safari console. Nothing with Userscripts 2.0.0.

That userscript uses @include and @exclude rather than the newer metadata fields @match and @exclude-match. I tested it locally and if you change all instances of @include to @match and instances of @exclude to @exclude-match; it should run. When @match is omitted, the script will never run - swapping those fields out should work.

The reason it works in InjectJS is because userscript metatdata is ignored and runs any code in the editor in every website unless specifically coded to not do that with a location.host match or something.

This is a similar issue to #45. I will try to push a small update soon that will make @include work as an alias for @match - which will eliminate the need to change @include instances to @match (as long as they are a valid match pattern).
