Support for loading userscripts from subdirectories

I'd like to support organizing my Userscripts with arbitrary subdirectories.

For example, to contain all userscripts that apply to only a single site example.com in an example subdirectory, etc.

Currently the extension does not seem to load userscripts residing in subdirectories.

That's correct, currently subdirectories aren't supported for saving or reading.

Personally, I use a specific naming convention to organize my files, which helps when navigating the flat list of files, but I can see how this enhancement could be of value to users.

I am currently working on version 3 which has some high priority enhancements, so I don't know when I'd be able to look into support for arbitrarily nested directories on the front end.

However, I believe supporting nested directories at the save location is an easier ask at the moment - the question is if that is what you are looking for? Or were you more interested in front end changes (ie. nested files list in the extension ui sidebar)?

Supporting nested directories at the save location could look something like this:

• allow users to arbitrarily organize their files in any way they'd like
• when loading (for injection or in the ui) traverse subdirectories in the save location
• the files are presented as a flat list in the front end
• saves occur "in place"
