Win exe shows 1.2.1 and says new version available

Issue Description

After all the 'suspect download' BS, when I open the exe file, it says there is a new version available (or something like that, and changelog unavailable, do I want to update (Y/n). If I answer no, it runs but shows v 1.2.1 at the top of the screen, and doesn't complete like before.
If I answer Y, it spits out a list of .py files, like it downloaded them, and then says update complete - restarting. Then it asks the same question and does the whole downloading py files over again, and then pukes out a bunch of python errors, then crashes to the desktop...

Fixed — the EXE updater was fundamentally broken: PyInstaller bundles everything into a read-only temp folder, so downloading .py files there does nothing, and the restart fails because there is no .py to re-exec.

The EXE now detects it is running as a frozen bundle and instead shows:

• A direct link to download the new HackMate.exe from the releases page

Download the latest EXE from https://github.com/riftaway7-code/hackmate/releases/latest — this version has the fix built in, so future updates will prompt correctly instead of crashing.
