It can be sub-levels like moving sailings and moving parts like shafts on every block and a lot more. I think it may have some relation with integrated graphics because I tested with and without sodium and no others mods besides sable, create and aeronautics. I also tested a bunch of modpacks and got the same results, invisible parts and moving simulated contraptions. It happens with shafts, cogs, steering wheel, even with other modded-create blocks, but also happens with anything that is simulated like a moving wing on a plane.
