Currently only works with 2 rails using a specific case. The main issue is splitting the ciphertext into a number of rails (0 - 1/3 of the text into one rail, 1/3 - 2/3 of the text into the second rail, 2/3 - 3/3 of the text into the third rail... and so on for more rails).
