[Bug]: dowload ffmpeg error

• I'm on the latest release and the issue still happens.
• I searched existing issues and didn't find a duplicate.

What happened?

In a Windows environment, after downloading the latest version 0.8.0 of StemDeck and running StemDeck.exe, I got an error saying the FFmpeg download failed. I've already checked previous solutions and tried setting the PowerShell environment variables, but it still doesn't work. How can I fix this issue? Thanks!

Steps to reproduce

1. download StemDeck-Windows-x64.NVIDIA.zip.sha256
2. Open StemDeck.exe (fail)
3. set PATH=%PATH%;C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0 (fail)

I've resolved the issue. By extracting the .exe files from the bin folder in the https://www.gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds/packages/ffmpeg-8.1.2-essentials_build.zip package and placing them into the %LocalAppData%\StemDeck\ffmpeg\ directory, I successfully bypassed the FFmpeg download step.
