LuxAlgo ICT/SMC opt-in collection smoke

What to build

Add a narrow opt-in collection path that can collect ES RTH 5-minute LuxAlgo ICT/SMC output through TradingView widgetdata and write a valid Versioned Dataset containing bars plus the raw indicator-derived graphics needed for later derivation work.

This slice should prove the collector can reach the LuxAlgo ICT/SMC TradingView Data Source without adding it to the default Indicator Allowlist.

Acceptance criteria

• A caller can explicitly request LuxAlgo ICT/SMC collection for ES RTH 5-minute data without changing the default curated indicator collection path.
• The LuxAlgo ICT/SMC collection path uses or records the widgetdata TradingView backend.
• The written Versioned Dataset validates under the existing dataset contract for bars, manifest metadata, and feature records produced in this smoke path.
• The dataset manifest records enough indicator/source metadata to distinguish this opt-in LuxAlgo ICT/SMC collection from the default Supertrend/Zig Zag collection.
• Automated tests cover the opt-in path with a mocked TradingView study response.
