What to build

Enable configured LuxAlgo ICT/SMC collection so real-data datasets can deliberately turn on Fair Value Gaps and extend their boxes far enough to support Zone-Retest Entry research.

This slice should make the collector accept explicit LuxAlgo indicator options, apply them through stable input identifiers such as Fair_Value_Gaps and Extend_FVG, and record the effective options in the Dataset Manifest so future runs are reproducible.

Acceptance criteria

• A caller can collect LuxAlgo ICT/SMC with Fair_Value_Gaps = true, Extend_FVG = 50, Internal_Order_Blocks = true, and Swing_Order_Blocks = false.
• The Dataset Manifest records the LuxAlgo input options that were applied during collection.
• A real small-sample collection proves that configured FVG/OB options are passed to TradingView and that the dataset validates.
• Existing default collector behavior remains unchanged unless explicit LuxAlgo options are provided.
