[Bug]: Jackpot Rewards cannot be claimed with enough combined points

What happened?

Jackpot Rewards cannot be claimed with enough combined points -- since none of the kids has enough points to claim the reward by themselves, the jackpot reward cannot be claimed (button is disabled). However, by combining everyone's points, they do have enough points for the jackpot reward.

What did you expect to happen?

1. Jackpot reward can be claimed with enough combined points.
2. Points should be deducted equally from all kids. If not possible, at least to its maximum, so everyone fairly contributes to it.

Steps to Reproduce

On the Rewards Card, locate a Jackpot Reward.
