Describe the bug

When trying to change images in the theme menu delivers an error and dont let change those images

Regression Issue

Expected Behavior

changing the image in the theme menu must load correctly and change the appearance of the page with the given data

Current Behavior

When trying to change images in the theme menu delivers an error and dont let change those images

Reproduction Steps

• go to settings
• enter theme management setting
• load an image in the form
