Add verification metadata to Remember curated entries

Goal

Extend the Remember memory schemas so durable entries can show when they were last reviewed or updated.

Proposed Scope

• Add Last verified or Updated fields to applicable curated memory types beyond context.
• Update remember/references/types.md in both claude-plugins and codex-plugins.
• Update the Remember skill review criteria to refresh this metadata during memory review.
• Keep Claude/Codex wording differences intact.

Value

Makes stale memories easier to identify and lowers the chance that coding agents rely on outdated project guidance.

Acceptance Criteria

• Memory type templates document the new metadata consistently.
• Review workflow explains when to update verification metadata.
• Parallel Remember skills remain aligned after normalizing Claude/Codex syntax differences.
