- src/lib/pricing-sources.ts: fetchAzureRetailPrices() pages through Azure Retail Prices API; fetchAnthropicPricingHtml() best-effort GET. - src/lib/pricing-sync.ts: pickSyncModel, buildSyncRequest, callSyncLlm (x-internal-pricing-sync + json_object), priceChanged (0.5%), sanityFails (10x).
