Preserve LuxAlgo graphics as auditable Structural Features

What to build

Normalize LuxAlgo ICT/SMC graphics into auditable Structural Features in the Versioned Dataset. The slice should preserve the original graphic meaning for labels, boxes, and lines so later signal derivation can be debugged without reparsing a TradingView response.

Acceptance criteria

• LuxAlgo ICT/SMC labels such as BOS, CHoCH, MSS, and related structure labels are exported as Structural Features rather than screenshots or opaque dumps.
• LuxAlgo order block and fair value gap boxes are exported as Structural Features with event time, availability time, price bounds, and repainting-risk metadata.
• Collector-generated feature ids are stable within a dataset and do not depend solely on TradingView graphic ids.
• All LuxAlgo-derived raw graphic features are marked as repainting-risk unless a test fixture explicitly represents a confirmed feature class.
• Tests prove representative labels and zones round-trip into features.json with enough information for later provenance.
