Derive directional Structure Event signals from LuxAlgo graphics

What to build

Derive directional Candidate Signals from LuxAlgo ICT/SMC Structure Event graphics. This slice should convert auditable raw Structural Features into strategy-consumable type: "signal" features for bullish and bearish BOS, CHoCH, and MSS events when direction can be justified.

Acceptance criteria

• Directional BOS, CHoCH, and MSS events are exported as type: "signal" Candidate Signal features with stable names and value: true.
• Direction is derived only from explicit or auditable evidence such as graphic metadata, label placement, color/style, or another documented rule.
• Ambiguous direction does not produce a Candidate Signal; the raw Structural Feature remains available for audit.
• Candidate Signal metadata records source feature ids, derivation rule/version, and direction evidence.
• Tests cover bullish, bearish, and unresolved-direction examples.
