Classify anonymous LuxAlgo boxes as liquidity zones

What to build

Classify anonymous LuxAlgo ICT/SMC box_* graphics into typed Liquidity Zone features so real TradingView boxes can become usable FVG or internal order-block zones instead of remaining unknown boxes.

This slice should use the configured LuxAlgo color mapping and applied indicator inputs from the Dataset Manifest to classify zone direction and kind. Ambiguous boxes should be diagnosed rather than silently used.

Acceptance criteria

• Anonymous LuxAlgo boxes can be classified as bullish/bearish fair value gaps or bullish/bearish internal order blocks when their configured colors match.
• Classified boxes become typed Liquidity Zone features with direction, kind, price bounds, event time, and availability time.
• Ambiguous or unclassified boxes are recorded in derivation diagnostics with enough evidence to inspect why they were rejected.
• A real sample collected through Configured LuxAlgo zone collection #31 produces non-empty Liquidity Zone counts when TradingView returns matching boxes.
